TCI: Social Media

Social media tactics provide TCI with communication channels that not only nurture existing relationships and partnerships, but foster an environment for new business relationships as well.  Borenstein developed an overall social media strategy appropriate to TCI’s overall objectives including utilizing Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube as the platforms to initiate the social media conversation.  Implementation include:

  • Promotion – tactics to get TCI’s client and customer base to the Facebook and LinkedIn pages to interact with members of the organization—to demonstrate the corporate culture of TCI.   This will also include identifying other organizations to “like” and build relationships with.
  • Content Strategy, Generation and Management – Developing a strategy of information to be posted via Facebook, including company information, relevant industry news, success stories, weekly themes and photos to the page to generate interest and dialogue.
  • Monitoring – continual monitoring of the page, the comments and interactions of the fans.   TBG will monitor and respond on behalf of TCI to help engage fans with the organization, its services and employees.
