STG International: Public Relations
PR Challenge:
Businesses often attribute success and growth to the presence and vision of their leadership. STG International (STGi) is no exception, and the company consistently benefits from the strong and charismatic guidance from CEO and founder Michelle S. Lee.
STGi sought to harness the strong leadership veracity of Ms. Lee into something positive for the company through a series of media interviews and event appearances. Ms. Lee participated in leadership events, interviews for news stories, received honors and award nominations, and continued to lead STGi by her example.
Strategic Solution
In an effort to promote Ms. Lee and STGi, the Borenstein Group provided media coaching services and took the role of publicist during several media and event appearances. These events included an open house, and several video tapings.
Results
The Borenstein Group was able to increase the awareness of STGi and Ms. Lee. The organization received double the news mentions from the previous year and Ms. Lee began to be contacted directly by reporters who had heard of her and STGi.
