After thorough analysis, The Borenstein Group identified three crucial areas of industry vulnerability: high cost of ownership, low agent productivity, and limited real-time reporting. Accordingly, Borenstein targeted mid- to large-scale collections firms in both the commercial and government sectors, addressing the most pragmatic needs of contingency-based debt collection. The campaign led to the largest customer acquisition in the company’s history as well as key government contracts.
