Marketing Challenge:
When the Office of the Assistant Secretary for the Army, Manpower & Reserve Affairs, HRsolutions Program Office set out to create an industry best practices Customer Relationship Management (CRM) component to the day-to-day operations of their organization, they enlisted the strategic service of The Borenstein Group to implement both a technological and marketing solution that would maximize customer satisfaction.
Strategic Solution:
Primed with detailed institutional knowledge of the Army's HRsolutions Program Office and e-CRM practices, The Borenstein Group developed a best-practices Web portal that facilitates open and timely communications between the customer services representatives, the Army customers, and the contractors that support them. We then supported the Portal development with an integrated marketing and communications program, provided informational collateral, press services, training services, event planning assistance and day-to-day outreach implementation services. Today the HRsolutions program office is combining leading-edge technologies with superior customer service to be a Best-in-Class contract support office within the Department of Defense.
