Strategic Solution:
Using Borenstein Group's proven industry experience in helping IT service providers build brand confidence in a crowded marketplace, it helped TechAssist create a new 'service industry icon' that would evoke and engender what decision makers in its prospective target market seek: comfort, reliability, and expertise. A St. Bernard rescue-dog strategically branding TechAssist's iconic logo helped drive the message home through a fully integrated web, collateral and a business development effort that propelled TechAssist to a leadership position in a very crowded marketplace.
