When MicroPact Engineering, a leading Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) software developer, decided to launch entelliTrak, its web-enabled tracking software for information management of complex tasks such as complaint management and regulatory compliance, it hired The Borenstein Group to develop the marketing strategy and execution. Making it happen required a message that will reach and compel both Directors of IT in federal agencies, as well as, end-users who will have to convert from their current disparate manual data entry to the new efficient web-enabled system.
