Strategic Solution:
The Borenstein Group developed this creative direct mail campaign that uses three professional juggling balls entitled "Balance," "IT" and "Peace of Mind," demonstrating to prospects that IBT understands their business problems. To increase the response rate, a matching "classic balancing act" in the form of pair of tickets to Cirque Du Soleil, offered prospects who called IBT an incentive that reinforces and solidifies their brand.
