Dominion Telecom, a national wholesale broadband telecom carrier, launched its services in challenging times when Quality of Service and financial stability where in doubt. It called upon The Borenstein Group to help create the brand impression of a committed telecom service provider with 'old fashioned' values such as experience, trust, and dedicated customer service.

Strategic Solution:
Using a portable GPS encased in an old-world gift box, that also contained Dominion's broadband POP coverage map, The Borenstein Group helped Dominion Telecom accomplish a double-digit return on executive appointments. It reminded targeted C-Level executives that with Dominion they can have the best of both worlds: customer service and high-tech broadband fiber.
