As Executive Vice President at The Borenstein Group, Ms. Bond oversees the development and growth of federal contracts, leveraging her many years of proven experience in working directly with government executives, government contractors, and allied service providers. After guiding Catapult Technology, Ltd's Business Development practice to $260M in closed sales in 18 months, Ms. Bond returned to her consultant practice providing executive support services to small and large businesses in the areas of business development, establishing and maintaining partnerships and client relationships, and formulating short- and long-term corporate growth strategies. In addition to her successes at Catapult, Ms. Bond has specialized in the small business, socio-economic federal sector and is responsible for the award of over $1B in contracts and over $300M in revenue to her clients. An expert in developing solutions for complex, multi-million dollar federal procurements, Ms. Bond began her career with the Internal Revenue Service as an assembly-language programmer. Ms. Bond culminated her federal career by serving as the Chief of Telecommunications Acquisition for the Tax Systems Redesign Branch of the IRS. Ms. Bond graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with honors and holds a Masters of Science degree in Telecommunications Policy from George Washington University.
