Rick Dillon Federal Market Strategist
|
As a Federal Marketing Strategist at The Borenstein Group, Mr. Dillon advises Borenstein public sector clients on strategic market planning including collection of marketing intelligence on government procurement activities, building road maps for success, and coaching executive management teams for effective Go-to-Market penetration. Mr. Dillon retired in 2006 from the General Services Administration as a Program Director where he managed several fee-for-service, nationwide information technology portfolios of over $200M, including eight years as the Director of the Civilian Sector of FEDSIM. Earlier in his federal career he held key positions in marketing and administration and was instrumental in the transfer of both FEDSIM and FEDCAC from the Air Force to GSA. Mr. Dillon is a past Vice President and board member of the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of the American Marketing Association and is currently a member of the Board of Advisors of an IT services company. Mr. Dillon has served on the adjunct faculty of Prince George's Community College for twenty-two years, and for the past ten years has been an adjunct professor at Strayer University.
